Neighbors Realty was created in effort to capitalize on the collective real estate opportunities presented by the People, Location, Resources, and Opportunities that make up our organization.

Neighbors Realty was founded on sound traditional principles.  Our executive team is made up of Eric Clarkson, Gail Minga, and Thomas Hogan.  Eric is the current Mayor of Chamblee, and he brings seven years of leadership in real estate marketing, planning & land use experience; while Gail offers more than twenty-three years of residential real estate sales and managerial experience, including eight years as Broker of several established real estate agencies in Buckhead, East Cobb and other major Atlanta real estate markets.  Together, with the business expertise of Thomas Hogan, we feel that we have formed a great team.

Neighbors Realty will satisfy the need for a full-service professional real estate company focusing on the new “Peachtree Boulevard” business corridor.  While the agency will serve the entire Atlanta metropolitan area, the area of focus of the new agency will loosely be defined as the greater Buckhead-Chamblee area centered on Peachtree Road and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard from South Buckhead to North DeKalb.

In addition to a traditional sales platform, the agency also specializes in On-Site sales. Our traditional platform provided technology, sales & marketing support, and general resources for agents representing buyers and sellers of new and existing homes.  The On-Site platform provides opportunities for agents to participate in lucrative planned-unit development sales opportunities.
